This is a KDPT005-90 Actuator with a 330 stroke. It has 2 leads - 1 5 pin socket for the controller and 1 2 pin plug for the power supply. It fixed by 4 bolts 2 either end. 800N

DIMENSIONS
530mm end to end, but because the cable entry point is at the opposite
end to the motor that adds a further 25mm. The holes for the fixing bolts are 512mm centre
to centre and 62mm apart.
