All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
We can accept returned cables provided that they have NOT been fitted. We are unable to resell cables once they have been fitted.
We make a deduction of the outgoing p&p charges for returned orders that are not due to faulty material.
In the case of faulty goods we will refund 100% plus your cost of returning the item.
We offer an exchange service for incorrectly ordered cables. - Please refer to the slip sent with your order.(UK only)
Handles cables springs and electrical items are supplied for fitting without recourse to ourselves. Please seek professional help or assistance if you are not sure what you are doing.
All personal information entered on our website will be kept confidential and not divulged to any third party.
Credit and debit card payments are processed by SAGEPAY and information is not entered on our website or kept by us. Sage Pay is compliant to the highest level - PCI DSS level 1
